    Chief Executive Officer & Director

    Miles Fuller GAICD, joined NEPEAN in 1994 launching start-up venture Vehicle Inspection Systems. Following early success in Australia, Miles took VIS to the USA and Canada, where as President, VIS Inc. became the market leader in brake, suspension and steering testing equipment for the heavy vehicle market in North America. Established VIS-Polish®, a fully robotic patented wheel polish solution for the heavy vehicle industry. VIS-Polish is now the market leader in North America and Australia/NZ.

    In 2007 appointed CEO NEPEAN, returning to Australia to lead the acquisition and integration of leading national metal products manufacturer Graham Group as Managing Director as well as holding key management positions as MD of VIS, VIS Inc., Bliss Fox and Acting MD of Nepean Conveyors.

    In 2011 led the re-branding and restructuring of all 25 Nepean Group entities into 4 Divisions under the NEPEAN brand.

    An active member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO), a global network of chief executives with approximately 20,000 members in more than 100 countries and a graduate of UWS School of Commerce, Stanford Executive Education & Harvard Business School Executive Programme (In conjunction with World Presidents Programme).

    Miles is a Director and Board member of all NEPEAN® companies.

  • Brad Whatson - Chief Financial Officer

    Brad joined Nepean in January 2015. Brad has over 20 years’ senior leadership experience in start-up organisations through to global market leaders, focussed on pre-empting business risks and identifying solutions that protect organisations long term growth and profitability. His leadership and extensive change experience covers managing multiple departments including Finance, IT, Legal, Human Resources, Safety and Quality while engaged in business acquisitions and divestments, regional restructures, diligent financial analysis, implementing new business systems, complex financing structures, starting up new businesses and implementing governance strategies.

    Suellen is a Non-Executive Director serving on NEPEAN's Board. Suellen is also responsible for NEPEAN's property portfolio, and is the Founder and Managing Director of Timor Resources, NEPEAN’s demerged energy business. 

    Suellen is an experienced executive, company director and entrepreneur with a demonstrated track record of success in oil resources and property development.

  • Richard Eveleigh - Non-Executive Director | NEPEAN Mining

    Richard Eveleigh

    Richard is a graduate Mining Engineer who has been involved in the underground coal industry since 1973. Richard’s early career was in the operational side of longwall mining. In 1980 he joined the Dowty organisation and focussed on the development and supply of new longwall mining systems. In 1988 Richard was appointed Managing Director of Meco Australia Pty Ltd, later part of Joy Mining (Australia). In 1997, Richard together with two partners founded Inbye Mining Services Pty Ltd, an Australian based supplier of longwall mining equipment and related services. NEPEAN became the largest and controlling shareholder of Inbye in February 2011.

    As the founding Managing Director, Geoff established M.I. Power in 1994. A qualified Electrical Engineer and licensed Electrical Contractor, Geoff has over 26 years’ experience in the mining and manufacturing industries. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers, MEMMES and is a Class A Certified Hazardous Area Designer.

    Quintin is responsible for Operations and Product sales of NEPEAN Conveyors Australia and was appointed to his role of General Manager in February 2013. Previous roles include General Manager DOWNER EDI ASX:DOW, Manufacturing Director Boartlongyear ASX:BLY as well as other senior positions in BMW South Africa. Quintin received a BSc H from the University of Hertfordshire and a MBA for the University of Potchefstroom.

  • Enes Brkic - General Manager

    Mechanical Engineer Enes joined NEPEAN in 2006 as a Quality Engineer working on a multi-million dollar project for a leading mining company. Since being promoted to Engineering manager, Enes has successfully worked on various projects for Australia's largest Defence, Aerospace, FMCG, Mining, Industrial, Building, Scientific & Technology companies & organisations. In May 2018, Enes became the General Manager of NEPEAN Engineering & Innovation leading this very important division into the next phase of growth.

  • Predrag Petrovic - Senior Project Engineer

    Senior Project Engineer

    With over 37 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Predrag has been with NEPEAN since 1993, first as a Design Engineer, then as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects for the worlds largest Defence, Aerospace, FMCG, Mining, Industrial, Building, Scientific & Technology companies & organisations.  Predrag has been a member of the Institution of Engineers Australia since 1991 as a Chartered Professional Engineer.

    Ivica joined NEPEAN in August 2008 as a Project Manager. With a background as a draftsman, Ivica has successfully worked on various projects for large Defence, Industrial, and Technology companies and organisations. With extensive experience in programming, estimating and sales, Ivica also manages NEPEAN’S Profile Cutting Department.

    Appointed CFO of NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure in December 2011 and prior to this worked for NEPEAN in a Business Improvement Capacity. Previously Jason has worked for a number of large companies including Caltex and Deloitte. Roles performed include Project Management / Implementation of large ERP Systems, Financial Controller, Internal Audit Manager and External Audit Manager.

  • Steve Nugent - General Manager | Weldlok West

    Appointed as WA Manager of the then Graham Group in October 1997, Steve has been involved in the Steel industry all his working life. Steve started his career with Tubemakers of Australia (now Onesteel) and managed branches in both the Pilbara and the South West regions of Western Australia. During this time he also coordinated the Metaland franchises for the state.

    In 1995 Steve headed to NSW where he became Manager of the Unanderra branch. Since joining the Company Steve has lead a very motivated and passionate team that has transformed as an integral part of NEPEAN.

  • Robert Watters - General Manager | Galintel

    Robert joined NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure in July 2014 as the General Manager for Galintel Australia. In this role Robert has responsibility for Manufacturing, Operations and all Sales/Marketing functions within the business.

    Robert has a broad background from industries such as Building and Construction, Power, Infrastructure Projects and a high level of Retail and Reseller Distribution. Experience has been derived across Sales/Marketing, Profit Centre Management also encompassing Manufacturing and Operations. Previous positions include roles in Blue Chip Companies such as Email (Kitchen and Bathroom), James Hardie (Energy), Bayer (Laserlite/Alsynite) GWA (Caroma/Dorf), Legend Corp (CABAC Electrical) and Valmont Industries (Locker Group).

  • Tony Kippen - General Manager | Business Systems

    Tony has 20 years’ experience within engineering and heavy fabrication industries. Tony was previously the General Manager of NEPEAN's owned Zillmere Engineering, where he was responsible for the execution of design, delivery and manufacturing of many high profile projects. Tony relocated to Zhongshan in 2012 to direct NEPEAN Asia. In 2015, and after a successful assignment in Asia, Tony returned to Australia to lead a new initiative of managing the optimization of the business systems within the NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure division

    Dan joined NEPEAN in 2001 and has held roles in equipment sales and customer support, being a critical member of both the Australian and North American business. He has successfully delivered projects to the Florida Department of Transportation, Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority, Orange County Transit Authority, Alberta Transportation and Infrastructure, Indiana State Police, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Georgia Department of Public Safety and the Kenworth and Peterbilt truck dealer networks.

  • Andrew Honnibal - Head of Information Technology

    Head of Information Technology

    Andrew joined NEPEAN in 2011 as IT Support and Operations Manager, and was appointed Head of Information Technology in 2012 after successfully delivering a transformation of NEPEAN’s IT infrastructure, operations, and support services. Prior to joining NEPEAN, Andrew held various IT roles in the VFX/media, engineering, and IT professional services verticals. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business (Management), supported by a number of IT vendor certifications. He is currently completing a Master of Business in Accounting Information Systems.
