    David Fuller


    Founder and owner, David established Nepean Engineering in Narellan in 1974. From his beginnings as a tool-maker, David has grown NEPEAN into an internationally successful company employing over 1100 people, through the acquisition and successful management of businesses complimentary to the core engineering capabilities.

    Chief Executive Officer & Director

    Miles Fuller GAICD, joined NEPEAN in 1994 launching start-up venture Vehicle Inspection Systems. Following early success in Australia, Miles took VIS to the USA and Canada, where as President, VIS Inc. became the market leader in brake, suspension and steering testing equipment for the heavy vehicle market in North America. Established VIS-Polish®, a fully robotic patented wheel polish solution for the heavy vehicle industry. VIS-Polish is now the market leader in North America and Australia/NZ.

    In 2007 appointed CEO NEPEAN, returning to Australia to lead the acquisition and integration of leading national metal products manufacturer Graham Group as Managing Director as well as holding key management positions as MD of VIS, VIS Inc., Bliss Fox and Acting MD of Nepean Conveyors.

    In 2011 led the re-branding and restructuring of all 25 Nepean Group entities into 4 Divisions under the NEPEAN brand.

    An active member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO), a global network of chief executives with approximately 20,000 members in more than 100 countries and a graduate of UWS School of Commerce, Stanford Executive Education & Harvard Business School Executive Programme (In conjunction with World Presidents Programme).

    Miles is a Director and Board member of all NEPEAN® companies.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Brad joined Nepean in January 2015. Brad has over 20 years’ senior leadership experience in start-up organisations through to global market leaders, focussed on pre-empting business risks and identifying solutions that protect organisations long term growth and profitability. His leadership and extensive change experience covers managing multiple departments including Finance, IT, Legal, Human Resources, Safety and Quality while engaged in business acquisitions and divestments, regional restructures, diligent financial analysis, implementing new business systems, complex financing structures, starting up new businesses and implementing governance strategies.

    Managing Director | NEPEAN Investment Division

    Suellen is the Managing Director of the NEPEAN Investment Division and the current Managing Director of Timor Resources Nepean’s demerged energy business. 

    Suellen is.an experienced executive, company director and entrepreneur with a demonstrated track record of working in the resources, mining and construction sector, with a proven track record in managing a range of mandates.

    Suellen has been actively involved in resource development, property development, construction and Joint Ventures. Having managed a range of mandates for the shareholders of Nepean.

    Jason Darr

    Chief Financial Officer | NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure

    Appointed CFO of NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure in December 2011 and prior to this worked for NEPEAN in a Business Improvement Capacity. Previously Jason has worked for a number of large companies including Caltex and Deloitte. Roles performed include Project Management / Implementation of large ERP Systems, Financial Controller, Internal Audit Manager and External Audit Manager.

    Tony has 20 years’ experience within engineering and heavy fabrication industries. Tony was previously the General Manager of NEPEAN's owned Zillmere Engineering, where he was responsible for the execution of design, delivery and manufacturing of many high profile projects. Tony relocated to Zhongshan in 2012 to direct NEPEAN Asia. In 2015, and after a successful assignemnt in Asia, Tony returned to Australia to lead a new initiative of managing the optimization of the business systems within the NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure division

    Marketing Manager | NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure

    Feras joined NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure in 2014. In his role as the Marketing Manager Feras is responsible for the national marketing functions within NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure. Feras has a broad Sales & Marketing background in the Building Materials sector and brings an exceptional track record of sustainable growth underpinned by a strong customer focus, clear understanding of the local markets and commitment to innovative products and solutions. Over the last 18 years Feras has successfully contributed to the growth of industry leading manufacturers and distributors including Ardex Australia, CSR Building Products and the Dulux Group.

    Feras has recently completed a Master Degree in International Business - RMIT University.

  • Steve Nugent - General Manager | Weldlok West

    Appointed as WA Manager of the then Graham Group in October 1997, Steve has been involved in the Steel industry all his working life. Steve started his career with Tubemakers of Australia (now Onesteel) and managed branches in both the Pilbara and the South West regions of Western Australia. During this time he also coordinated the Metaland franchises for the state.

    In 1995 Steve headed to NSW where he became Manager of the Unanderra branch. Since joining the Company Steve has lead a very motivated and passionate team that has transformed as an integral part of NEPEAN.

    Robert Watters

    General Manager | Galintel

    Robert joined NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure in July 2014 as the General Manager for Galintel Australia. In this role Robert has responsibility for Manufacturing, Operations and all Sales/Marketing functions within the business.

    Robert has a broad background from industries such as Building and Construction, Power, Infrastructure Projects and a high level of Retail and Reseller Distribution. Experience has been derived across Sales/Marketing, Profit Centre Management also encompassing Manufacturing and Operations. Previous positions include roles in Blue Chip Companies such as Email (Kitchen and Bathroom), James Hardie (Energy), Bayer (Laserlite/Alsynite) GWA (Caroma/Dorf), Legend Corp (CABAC Electrical) and Valmont Industries (Locker Group).

  • Anthony Sive - Managing Director | NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure

    Anthony Sive

    Managing Director | NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure

    Anthony Sive joined NEPEAN in 2014 and has more than 30 years of operational management experience. With a strong combination of transformational and transactional skills, Anthony has achieved considerable success in improving company performance and value including Australia’s largest privately owned steel distributor, an ASX100 industrial and a privately owned South African mining equipment manufacturer. Anthony has a passion for understanding the forces that shape industry competition and for the pragmatic execution of consequent strategies that have resulted in a step-change in company performance.

    Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Master of Commerce in Advanced Finance from the University of New South Wales and a doctorate in multi-phase fluid dynamics from the University of Cape Town. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Australian Institute of Energy.
